"151" is an in-depth look at the issues surrounding Senate Bill 151 and the Teacher Pension Fund issue in the state of Kentucky. Perspectives from state representatives and teachers from both sides of the argument are provided in an effort to allow viewers a chance to better understand the events, reprocushions and misconceptions surrounding Senate Bill 151.

Correction: (12:53) The Governor mentioned that the KEA's General Council acknowledged that SB151 does not violate the inviolable contract. Governor Bevin was referring to the KTRS General Counsel Beau Barnes who stated that sick day payments being included in the pension calculation (sick day spiking) is not part of the inviolable contract.
